Rob Hitchmough is an award-winning playwright, classically trained actor and drama teacher. He has also appeared in over 30 films and television shows and countless stage productions. In his capacity as a comedian and improviser, Rob has performed over 5,000 professional stand-up gigs at just about every major venue in the UK and Ireland.
If you can understand and use the tools of improvisation you will be able to deal with professional and social situations with added style and confidence.
Rob holds permanent teaching posts at The City Lit Adult Education College, The Sylvia Young Theatre School and The Actors Centre (a drama school for professional actors). He regularly hosts workshops called Improvisation for Doctors on medical training schemes.
His photograph still sits alongside that of Robin Williams at The Comedy Store.
